Description

This section of trail runs 8 miles north from Yellow Creek Gap to Fontana Dam (The AT entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park). Along the way it passes Cable Gap Shelter, Fontana Village, NC Hwy 28, and the Fontana Dam Shelter.<br />
